Return & Refund Policy

At Wat&Chic, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return process for all customers. Wat&Chic is operated by WILSON4TRADING, Vili Šmid s.p., registered in Slovenia.

Returns

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after your return request is approved. Depending on the product and supplier, the return address may differ from our registered business address. The exact return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personal or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
