SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Slovenia & neighbouring countries: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International (outside EU): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload or customs processing.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €89. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs in full.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If you experience any issues, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if the delivery address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, or the package is not collected from a pickup point in time. We will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping costs may apply. We assess each case individually in line with EU consumer rights.
Customs & Import Taxes
For EU deliveries, VAT is included in the product price. For international shipments, customs duties or additional taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
