Order Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled from our trusted partner warehouses located within the European Union. This allows us to provide reliable international shipping and order tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may occasionally take longer during promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Eligibility and any applicable shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination and order value and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take some time to become active in the carrier’s system. We work only with trusted international courier partners. If you experience any issues, contact us, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if the delivery address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, or the package is not collected from a pickup point in time. We will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping costs may apply. We assess each case individually in line with EU consumer rights.
Customs & Import Taxes
Displayed product prices are the final product prices charged by WAT&CHIC, excluding any separately stated shipping charges. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
