Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through Wat&Chic, operated by WILSON4TRADING, Vili Šmid s.p.

Order Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled from our trusted partner warehouses located within the European Union. This allows us to provide efficient shipping, reliable tracking and simplified customs handling for customers within the EU.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or public holidays, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €89. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. The tracking number usually appears within 24–72 hours after dispatch. We work only with trusted international courier partners. If you experience any issues, contact us, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to us if the delivery address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, or the package is not collected from a pickup point in time. We will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping costs may apply. We assess each case individually in line with EU consumer rights.

Customs & Import Taxes

Displayed product prices are the final product prices charged by WAT&CHIC, excluding any separately stated shipping charges. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
